Right Media created and operates the Right Media Exchange, the open exchange for interactive advertising. All buyers and sellers in the exchange are interconnected on a common platform, have equal access to media and trade seamlessly. Responsibilities:
The International Account Manager will be responsible for working in London helping to support our European client base. This individual is expected to build and maintain relationships with individuals who use and benefit from Right Media's technology, services and community. This may include Directors of Ad Sales, Ad Operations, Sales Operations, and Yield Management. The International Account Manager may be called on to provide advice and ideas on proper campaign management, best practices, sales guidance, as well as making certain that client management understands the strategic benefits of using Right Media products and services as intended.
Requirements:
We are seeking an International Account Manager with a proven ability to create enterprise advertisers, publishers, and networks that consistently increase revenue and improve operational efficiency by using Right Media’s technology, services and community to sell and buy media on the Right Media Exchange Platform.
- BA/BS degree
- 3-5 years of exposure to the internet advertising market in any meaningful capacity
Competencies:
- Proven experience educating clients on best practices for increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency
- Prior experience with Ad servers and trafficking is a must
- Familiarity with ad tags and third party ad serving preferred
- Ability to take ownership of problems
- Well developed skills as a hands-on consultant
· Outstanding verbal and written communication
· Ability to build strong relationships at senior management level
· Bilingual (English plus 1. Preferably: German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, French)
- Ability to travel regularly to Europe and other markets as necessary; sometimes for extended periods and/or on short notice.

The Yahoo! Answers Service Engineering team is looking for an experienced service/systems engineer. In this key role, the individual in this position will work with others in the team to manage all aspects of the engineering and network operations for the Yahoo! Answers Platform.
The scope of this position will include systems and application maintenance, deployment, systems troubleshooting, capacity planning, and business continuity. Above all the successful candidate will ensure that we are delivering the most reliable and highest quality service attainable.
The ideal candidate would have a strong background in systems administration, web applications and infrastructure services and possesses a solid understanding of the development and build lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Manage production systems ensuring maximum availability and service quality
Deploy new code releases on a regular basis, ensuring quality of work, clean deployment and good running of the application throughout
Identify and resolve service quality, performance and process issues

Requirements:
Solid experience of administering highly scaled, distributed, geographically diverse applications running on a variety of hardware
Hard-core Linux/Unix skills, easily adept at finding, analysing and fixing any systems problems
Solid networking knowledge, particularly of TCP/IP, load balancing, DNS, Edge Caching, routing, switching etc.
Some performance engineering skills, know about low level kernel and library interactions, systems architecture and optimisation, web application performance improvements, etc.
Reasonable knowledge of basic development with PHP, Perl, Java, shell scripts, CVS, SVN, etc. for problem diagnosis or development of automated solutions for service issues
Conversant with good security practices both at systems and application levels, some understanding of common security and abuse issues with online services
Some experience of capacity planning, systems monitoring, bench marking, and testing
Fully comfortable with running a 24x7 highly available service, with constant focus on end-user needs
Ready to be part of a geographically, culturally diverse team, work with other departments and teams, go further, do more and innovate to find solutions to problems
Good written and verbal communications skills

Job Description:
As part of the Product Support Team within Production Operations, the Production Support Engineer is responsible for supporting Yahoo!'s revenue-critical advertising platforms and products. The customers supported include Advertisers, Publishers, and internal Business teams. You should be a self-starter, require minimal support for day-to-day activities and possess excellent time management and organizational skills. The ideal candidate would be a technical generalist with skills ranging from supporting production systems, networks to web development. This is a full-time position, based in London. Candidate must be willing and able to work a variety of hours, and participate in an on-call rotation.
Skills/Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science or a technical field. MS a plus.
- Working knowledge of Linux operating system required. RHEL a plus.
- Working knowledge of SQL and at least one database environment.
- Some experience in a customer-facing technical help desk / product support environment. Preferably in an Operations or Enterprise service center.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex issues to both technical and non-technical users.
- Strong background in user support and familiarity with current web practices and concepts.
- Excellent initiative, interpersonal and problem solving skills with a strong desire to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Critically analyze operational metrics, monitoring systems and support escalations.
- Respond to Production Support tickets from multiple domestic and international teams.
- Prioritize issues and troubleshoot them independently while coordinating with Management, Business, Product and Engineering teams.
- Ensure quality of service and quick resolution to all production problems across a variety of complex Yahoo! and third party technologies, applications, tools, products and services.
- Provide expert support and product knowledge on our Search & Display Advertising products.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Sales and other Business teams on a variety of Advertiser, Partner or platform technical issues.
- Work closely with Operations, Development, QA and Engineering teams to triage issues, make fixes, advocate problems and document technical run books, support whitepapers and procedures.
