A University degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience selling complex enterprise technology or telecommunications products or services. Experience in capacity sales and proffering data related solutions, a plus.
PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Job description
To be responsible for managing the wide variety of Main One’s procurement activities as it relates to the acquisition and maintenance/repair of Main One’s operating and capital equipment, contracting services and contracts administration.
To ensure effective and seamless integration of the Procurement Process with Main One’s other business processes, including but not limited to the Budgeting and Expenditure Management processes
Requirements
A Bachelors degree or equivalent in finance, Economics, business administration or related course with a minimum of 5 years working experience in a finance or support function, 2 of which involved supervising procurement activities preferably in the telecoms sector, including experience in contract negotiation and administration.
Knowledge of accounting practices as applied to procurement procedures, procurement methods and procedures of a large scale centralized purchasing function including buying, quality assurance, contract administration and contract law, a plus.
COUNTRY MANAGER

To be responsible for all business and operational activities, country strategy and business management for the Main One Ghana office and to ensure Main One Ghana delivers satisfactory revenue targets and results to the parent company as well as satisfies all stakeholders especially those in Ghana.
Requirements
A Bachelors or Graduate degree in business administration, engineering with a minor in business administration, engineering, or equivalent with at least 10 years work experience in sales, preferably in the telecoms sector, 5 years of which would be with additional management responsibility, combined with excellent knowledge of the Ghanaian market. Familiarity with the market situation, competitors, customers, stakeholders is critical.
Must have analytical, conceptual, strategic and planning abilities as well as a target driven, performance and bottom-line orientation.
FINANCIAL ANALYST

Job description
To be responsible for the accuracy and accumulation of financial information for reporting and management decision-making.
To assist the line manager with the reporting of the group budget; actual, and forecast.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with 2-4 years of financial experience; Telecoms industry is preferred. Strong analytical skills and understands the consolidation of financial data as well as systems proficiency in Excel.
FACILITY MANAGER

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING MANAGER

Requirements
A Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience working in the telecoms industry or in a business specializing in the sale of capacity.
Experience in marketing research, sales forecasting and promotional planning as well as in researching and evaluating new ideas from a market and financial standpoint.
IP ENGINEER
Location: Nigeria & Ghana

Reporting to: Transmission Manager
Job description
To be responsible for the planning, configuration and maintenance of all IP-based equipment, such as routers, switches, gateways, and other equipment, within the Main One network.
Provides on-call support to the NOC for ISP and IP operations; recommends procedural solutions, technical guidance and support to technicians in addressing ISP and IP related problems arising in the NOC.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics , or related field, plus two years of relevant experience in IP planning, configuration of switches, routers, IP performance monitoring.
NOC SUPPORT ENGINEERS

Job description
To provide first line network monitoring, surveillance and fault management support on the elements and components of the Main One network.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Information and Communication Technology, with 1-2 years of work experience in providing monitoring, surveillance, troubleshooting and resolution on switching, SDH fibre optic transmission, power, fire etc, equipment will be a plus.
JUNIOR TRANSMISSION ENGINEER

Job description
To provide support in the deployment and operational management of the SDH component of Main One’s Optical Transmission Network. Identifying and managing any issues that may affect the delivery of Network Solutions to the Line manager.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Information and Communication Technology, with 1-2 years of work experience in the configuration, operations and maintenance of optical fibre SDH transmission equipment.
